BIMTECH Admission Process
- Apply: Apply online by visiting the universities official website.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called in for a personal interview.
- Final Selection: The final selection is based on the candidates entrance exam score, personal interview, previous academic performance and work experience if any.
BIMTECH Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate needs to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Candidates must have a valid score on an entrance exam, CAT, XAT,CMAT or GMAT.
- Candidates who are in their last year of graduation can also apply for admission.

The scholarship amount shall be due and disbursed to eligible student/s upon completion of the program (all six terms) i.e. within 15 days of the declaration of term VI result. The total amount due to the student shall be transferred to a declared bank account in the name of the students through net banking. The student must have a minimum CGPA of 7.0 in each term exam.

To be eligible for the BIMTECH Late G.D Birla Academic Scholarship, the students have to clear the exam in a single attempt. Students with first two positions as per TGPA in all courses will be eligible for this scholarship.
BIMTECH Scholarship: Jagdish N Sheth Award for Best PhD Thesis
This scholarship offers 50,000 to those students who have submitted and evaluated their doctoral thesis during the academic year. The cutoff date of this scholarship is in the month of February every year.
BIMTECH Scholarship: Madam Madhuri J Sheth Award for BIMTECH Female Toppers
This scholarship is offered to female toppers of PGDM and PGDM-IB programmes. The total amount of this scholarship is INR 50,000, awarding INR 25,000 to each of the female toppers under the eligible batches. The CGPA of the 1st & 2nd year will be considered based on their result up to the 6th term.
